Commercial property

Personal property that is not consumer property: goods held by a business or used in an enterprise.

The register treats commercial and consumer property differently. Commercial registrations can describe goods by grantor and free text; consumer registrations over serial-numbered goods must use the serial number and cannot name the grantor.
