About OnTerms
OnTerms makes sure small businesses get paid, or get their goods back, when a customer goes under.
When a business sells on credit, hires out equipment or leaves stock with a customer, the law lets it protect that property by registering on the Personal Property Securities Register. Almost no small business does, or they do it wrong, so when the customer collapses the goods are sold to pay the bank and the supplier gets nothing. The big credit bureaus sell the fix to large companies at enterprise prices. We sell it to everyone else, for the price of a tank of fuel.
What we do
- Lodge registrations on the PPSR from your documents, in your name, the same day
- Keep them valid: renewals, expiry alerts, verification statements filed, demands actioned
- Watch your customers and tell you the day one appears in an insolvency notice, with what to do by when
- Review registrations you've already made and show you what's wrong
What we don't do
We don't give legal advice. We're a registration agent, not a law firm. We report what your documents and the register say, we lodge from the facts you confirm, and when a question needs a lawyer we say so and point you to one.
