Fees are set by the Attorney-General under the Personal Property Securities (Fees) Determination and are GST-free.
Common questions
Are government fees included?
Yes in Protect: the $6 fee for a seven-year registration is included in the $49. On plans, government fees are passed through at cost as a GST-free disbursement on your monthly invoice.
What if a registration needs to be longer than seven years?
Registrations of 7 to 25 years carry a $25 government fee and no-end-date registrations $115. We'll tell you before lodging and add the difference.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. Your registrations stay on the register and we transfer the secured party group to you on request.
Do I pay GST?
Our fees include GST. PPSR government fees are GST-free.
What's the health check?
We pull every registration under your secured party group, compare each one against ASIC and the ABR and your agreements, and give you a list of what's wrong and what it would take to fix. Most businesses we've looked at have errors in the majority of their registrations.
