How it works
Upload, verify, confirm, lodged. Then we keep it alive. Here's each step and what happens in it.
1. Upload
You give us two things: the document that creates your interest (your terms of trade, hire agreement or consignment terms) and the customer. The customer can be a name, an ABN or an ACN; for a list, a spreadsheet export from Xero or MYOB works.
We read the document and find the clause: retention of title for a supplier, the ownership and PPS lease clause for a hire company. We show you where it is, with the page and clause number. If there isn't one, we tell you, and give you a form of clause commonly used by businesses like yours to put in front of a lawyer.
2. Verify
We look the customer up on ABN Lookup and ASIC and work out the right identifier: a company by its ACN, a trust by the trust's ABN, a partnership by its ABN. Registering against the trading name or the wrong number is the most common reason registrations fail, so this step is never skipped.
We also ask when the customer accepted your terms and, for hire, when they took delivery. Those dates drive the timing rules: inventory before possession, other goods within 15 business days, and 20 business days from the agreement if the customer is a company.
3. Confirm
You see exactly what will go on the register: grantor, collateral class and description, duration, and the purchase money security interest, inventory and proceeds flags. You tick two boxes: that these are the terms this customer accepted, and that the customer and goods details are right. That confirmation is kept with the registration for as long as it exists.
4. Lodged
We lodge the same day, under a secured party group in your name. Our address is the address for service, so verification statements, amendment demands and notices come to us and get actioned with their deadlines, not lost in a shared inbox. You get the verification statement and the registration number within the hour.
5. Kept alive
- Expiry alerts at 90 and 30 days, and the renewal lodged before the end time, never after
- A watch on the customer: the day they appear in an insolvency notice, you get an email with what to do by when
- Changes to the customer's name or structure flagged, so the registration follows them
- A verification statement for every change, filed against the record
What we don't do
We don't tell you whether you have a security interest, whether your terms are enforceable, or what you'd recover in a liquidation. Those are legal questions and we're a registration agent, not a law firm. We report what your documents and the register say and we lodge from the facts you confirm. When a question needs a lawyer, we say so.

Am I covered?Common questions
How long does a registration take?
Same day once you've confirmed the details, usually within the hour.
Do I need a PPSR account?
No. We create and manage the secured party group in your name under your written authority. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you.
What do you need from me for a customer list?
Business name and ABN or ACN for each customer, the date they accepted your terms, and for hire, what's out on hire and when it was delivered. An export from your accounting software covers most of it.
Can you fix registrations I've already made?
Yes, that's the health check: we review every registration under your SPG and quote the fixes per registration.
