Verification statement
The PPSR's confirmation of a registration, sent to the secured party's address for service.
The secured party must give the grantor notice of the verification statement unless the grantor has waived that right in writing, which most commercial terms do under s157(3). Check every verification statement for errors as soon as it arrives; some mistakes make the registration ineffective.
