Secured party group (SPG)
The identity a secured party uses on the PPSR; one or more secured parties with a number and an access code.
Every registration is made by an SPG. The SPG holds the address for service and the access code that lets a registration be changed or ended. A supplier usually has one SPG in its own name. An agent such as OnTerms creates and manages the SPG on the supplier's behalf under written authority; the SPG stays in the supplier's name.
