Fixture
Goods attached to land so that they become part of it.
The PPSA does not apply to fixtures. Goods that become fixtures leave the PPSR's reach, which is why materials built into a building are not protected by a registration and why hire terms try to keep plumbed-in or bolted-down equipment classed as personal property.
