Deed of company arrangement (DOCA)
A binding agreement between a company and its creditors, approved at the second creditors' meeting, that lets the company continue.
A DOCA usually pays creditors a fixed amount or percentage over time. Secured creditors who did not vote for it are generally not bound as to their security, which is another reason registration matters.
